Eary Bird Rates

Reservations made at an early bird rate must be paid within 30 days.  Reservations made at the early bird rate that remain unpaid after 30 days may be invoiced at the full fee.

 

All requests for transfers or cancellations should be made via email to courses@saad.org.uk

Transfers

  • It is possible to transfer only once to another course.
  • Transfers can only be made to a course where there are still places available.
  • Transfers requested up to three weeks before the course will be free of charge. After that time, transfers will be subject to a £200 transfer fee.
  • After two weeks before the course no transfers can be made

 

Cancellations

  • Refunds requested up to three weeks before the course will be subject to an administrative fee of £50. Refund requests received after that will be subject to a £200 cancellation fee.
  • No prior notice, or less than two weeks before the start of the course no refund can be made.

SAAD members are warmly invited to attend the SAAD AGM which will take place during the lunch break at this year's symposium.

  • Treasurer's Report
  • Accounts to 31st December 2025

Nominations to the SAAD Board
Following a three year term of duty, SAAD Trustees retire by rotation. This year there will be three vacancies,  and SAAD members are invited to be nominated to join the SAAD Board.

The nomination form is online and can be accessed via the link below.

Nomination forms should be completed by noon on 26 August 2026. 



To complete the form you will need to have the following information:



  • Nominee - email address, telephone number, SAAD membership number & GDC/GMC number

  • Proposer - email address, telephone number & SAAD membership number

  • Seconder - email address & SAAD membership number

You will also be required to upload:

  • a completed declaration of interest form

 (to be shared with the SAAD Trustees)
  • a photograph (for sharing at the AGM)
  • a brief biography of no more than 500 words (for sharing at the AGM)

If more nominations are received than there are vacancies, there will be a ballot at the AGM  and further details will be emailed to you.
