1. Why don’t I receive SAAD emails?
Sometimes our emails can go to junk files – please check your junk or promotions folders or any other email folder you may have. If you can, please do not use your NHS email address as we find that our emails are sometimes blocked by NHS filters. If you still can’t find our emails or you want to change the email you have given us, please email contact@saad.org.uk.
2. Where can I hear about SAAD events without being a SAAD member?
3. How do I get a replacement CPD certificate for an event?

- Your name, as it was registered for the event
- The event, along with the date you attended
- Your GDC number
Please be aware that if the event was too far in the past we may not have access to the certificate due to GDPR.
4. How do I get a replacement certificate for the online CPD?
Please email contact@saad.org.uk with your request you must include:

5. I have registered for the recording of an event, when will I receive access to it?
After the event we may need to slightly edit the video as well as upload it to our website – this can take a few days. You will definitely receive an email in the week following the event with a link to access the recording to therefore get your CPD certificate.
6. How do I change my address with SAAD?
Please email contact@saad.org.uk with the following information:

- Your full name
- Your membership number
- Your previous address & your new address
7. How do I get a receipt of my payment?
Please email contact@saad.org.uk with your event registration number and what event you need the receipt for.
8. How do I get an invoice for my place?
Please email contact@saad.org.uk with your event registration number and what event you need the receipt for. If you need a purchase order (PO) number adding or the invoice needs sending to a specific address please state this in your email.
9. Can I cancel my place on the course?
Please take a look at our terms and conditions and email contact@saad.org.uk if you would like to amend your booking.
