The SAAD record cards and leaflets are no longer available. These have become largely outdated with the more widespread use of electronic records. SAAD are currently working on some examples of electronic patient record templates and look forward to sharing these with our members in due course. We would encourage clinicians and service providers to refer to Appendix 3 in the IACSD 2015 document Standards for Conscious Sedation in the Provision of Dental Care for examples of patient leaflets/information. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

'Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for people with dental fear and anxiety - A Toolkit' is out of stock and currently we do not know when it will be available again. Please submit your contact details here to receive updates about this publication.
